The Rough-Fit Corporate Wellness Program is tailored to the needs of your organization
and to the needs of each employee. Using state-of-the-art online tools called POG's
- (Possibilities, Opportunities and Goals), Rough-Fit's staff of certified fitness
professionals will create an individualized wholistic wellness training program
for each member of your staff. Each employee will receive regularly scheduled coaching
and motivational instruction from our professional trainers depending on the program
selected. |

arrangements and determine which designated supervisor will receive automated program
