WHAT IS ROUGH-FIT:

Rough-Fit is an outdoor fitness training program in a disciplined, fun and supportive environment.  We stay on top of the latest advances in health and fitness.  Although we are based in Orange County, CA we are also able to train anyone anywhere through our innovative Rough-Fit Remote Fitness Program - just one of the ways in which we keep our members motivated and committed.

 

Rough-Fit is for people of all fitness levels.  Whether you've run a marathon or have trouble just walking around the block, our certified trainers will help you to build on your present foundation of fitness to achieve measurable results through our pre-tested, progressive programs.

 

The American fitness industry is starting to shift from confined, rigorous and carefully orchestrated workout regimens to cross training and outdoor activities.  Since its inception, Rough-Fit has embraced this philosophy of functional fitness by focusing on exercising several muscles and joints together, rather than in isolation.  This helps people to perform their daily- and recreational activities with greater ease and less chance of injury.  Through functional exercise you can improve the overall quality of your life.

 

ROUGH-FIT TRAINING METHODS:

Rough-Fit instructors use a strategic mix of basic core strength training, combined with cardiovascular, flexibility and balance exercises.  We also add elements of Pilates and Yoga which teaches proper posture, breathing and stretching.  We challenge you with a different routine every day so you never get bored.

 

Our certified, experienced instructors will help you with any specific challenges that you face, and will never use negative training tactics.  We have an 90% member renewal rate, proof that our programs are working.  We are constantly adding value to our programs to benefit our members.

THE ROUGH-FIT PHILOSOPHY:

At Rough-Fit we don't believe there is a "quick fix" method for fitness and maintaining a healthy weight.  We teach you how to make positive lifestyle and behavior changes for your overall health.  We educate you about nutrition and sensible eating, sleep and stress management.  We help you to stay motivated and committed.

Rough-Fit trainers work as a team to support their clients. All Rough-Fit trainers participate in regular round table meetings of various topics to determine the best solutions to help our clients. Rough-Fit adheres to strict industry guidelines for healthy living and as such our team is unable to support unrealistic, unhealthy weight loss goals. We will not support training that directly or indirectly contributes to injury in support of a goal that is outside of the guidelines of healthy living.
