Rough-Fit Results Group Programs are the most popular programs.
Sessions run for 4 weeks, 3 or 5 days a week.

What members like most is the attention they receive from a personal trainer in a group setting - members build friendships, motivate each other and there is a great sense of camaraderie.

Each program is well designed and constantly upgraded. We continue to add new routines, equipment, guest trainers and new challenges throughout the year. Several individuals have experienced life changing results from their participation in Rough-Fit Results.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES
* New members will need their own set of weights (weight to be advised by trainer), resistance bands, stability ball and exercise mat.
* ALL dues are payable on the first week of each Rough-Fit session. A $15 late fee will be added to ANY late payments.
* Family rates available on request.
* Rough-Fit reserves the right to back bill the difference between any discounted rate and full rack rate if a member moves location.
* A 5% processing fee will apply to all PayPal accounts.

FLEX RATES
The Flex Program is for those who can't always attend group classes according to the weekly schedule - a great option for people who travel often.

* Pay for a minimum of 8 sessions and use them to attend group classes during that month as your
   schedule allows (e.g. 4 sessions week 1, 2 sessions week 2, 2 sessions week 3, no class week 4)
* Choose from a month-to-month rate or commit to do the flex program for 12 months (minimum of
   8 sessions each month) and save.
* Your 8 sessions must be used within 1 month and cannot be trasnferred to the next month.
Commitment Monthly Rate (based on 8 session minimum)
Month to month (minimum 8 group sessions) $175
12 Month commitment (minimum 8 group sessions each month) $160

We are currently based in Orange County, California. If you do not live in this area and wish to train with us, please go to the Rough-Fit Remote Training Program for more information. Rough-Fit Results Group classes are held at the following locations:
