WELLNESS / FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Start out by understanding your base fitness level. Assessment includes cardio, balance, upper/lower body strength, speed, agility, body fat, weight, blood pressure and comprehensive flexibility. A waiver must be completed. Wear comfortable clothes and walking/running shoes. This is an excellent way to assess your current wellness levels and map out a healthy plan for 2009. Come back in 3 months and see how you've progressed.
