Gain strength and flexibility through yoga and reduce stress. Take time for yourself, and turn off the outside world – while basking in the beauty of the outdoors.

In these classes, you will learn proper alignment of postures and coordinate breath with movement as your experienced instructor guides you through a flowing meditation. Everyone is welcome, and please bring a mat and water.
