Jo Ann has attended all different kinds of Rough-Fit classes including Functional Fitness Training, Running Performance, and Yoga. In the past couple years, she has found her niche in Yoga and has grown to love the way it affects her daily life. Through Rough-Fit’s Yoga Classes, her focus, motivation, and health have improved greatly, and she also enjoys the increased flexibility in running.
