Jessica Mahar has been a real pleasure to work with over the past couple years and has made great progress. She is part of the Rough-Fit teacher’s program in which Rough-Fit trains groups of teachers on the campus of their schools. Not only has she maintained a steady workout routine, she has completely changed her diet and seen lots of success. By cutting out sugars, grains, and processed foods, she has lost about 20 pounds and is continuing to get healthier daily. On top of this, she has run a couple half marathons and has become a great athlete. We are proud of the accomplishments she has made, and it has been a pleasure to have her as a part of Rough-Fit.
